Vendor Agreement
Fire-Up Connect Empowered Women’s Network is the organizer and renter of Best Western Island Palms Hotel and Marina, located at 2051 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, 92106, represented under the event name of Queens Business Expo taking place on March 22, 2025.
Hours of Operation:
The event will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Set-up time for all vendors is between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and vendors must remove all materials and supplies between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Vendors need to be at their tables during the networking times:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
- 3:35 PM – 5:00 PM
Payment:
A 6-foot banquet table, covered with a white cloth, and 2 folding chairs will be provided inside the Sunset Room of the hotel.
Click Here to buy the tickets directly, or you can pre-pay for the purchase of those tickets and sell them directly to recapture your investment. This fee includes your business and contact information distributed to all attendees.
Vendors are required to submit their business information, including website, email address, phone number, product and services they provide, and their ideal client profile by March 1, 2025.
Appearance:
Vendors are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the space provided in an organized and neat manner. This includes removing bulk trash and leaving the space clean before departing the venue.
Extra Services:
Fire-Up Connect Empowered Women’s Network is not obliged to provide telephone, water, or drain services to the Vendor.
Displays and Signs:
All displays in the building must be free-standing. Nothing may be attached to walls or columns of the building. Signs must not block other vendors’ tables or displays.
Quality Products:
Vendors must ensure the proper quality of the products sold. Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws regarding their sales.
Employment of Staff:
Vendors are responsible for employing adequate staff at their own cost to operate the space provided.
Food and Beverages:
No food or beverages may be brought into the building by vendors from outside.
Insurance:
Vendors assume full responsibility for items left in the facility. Fire-Up Connect Empowered Women’s Network – Queens Business Expo accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property and is not required to carry additional insurance to cover the Vendor’s property.
Marketing:
Fire-Up Connect Empowered Women’s Network reserves the right to market the Queens Business Expo as it deems appropriate.
